Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a genuine manufacturer located in Guangdong, China, operating since 2008. We have over 15 years of experience in this industry. You are welcome to visit our factory via video call at any time.
What material is your product made of?
The machine cover is made of 304 stainless steel. We also support customizing the whole machine with full 304 stainless steel.
Can I get a better price?
Of course. As a manufacturer, we can offer you the best direct factory price.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, Western Union, or payment via the platform. A 30% deposit is required before production, and the balance must be paid before shipment. We recommend full payment at once, as banks charge fees and two separate payments will result in higher costs.
Can I use my own freight forwarder to ship the products?
Yes. If you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can ask them to arrange shipment, so you do not need to pay freight to us.
Can I use my own brand on the product? Can you do ODM?
Yes. We provide OEM & ODM services. We can print your logo on the machine or make custom labels. We also support new product development.
